Will washing and drying blankets remove cat hair?
So my roommate and I are watching these 2 cats. They're both fairly large and have long hair and shed all over the place (as cats tend to do). The blankets we had in our living room are now full of cat hair. Will just putting them in the washer and dryer take care of the hair?
I've tried using duct tape to remove some of it, but it didn't really do much.
Thanks
Edit: They're fleece blankets
If the blankets are wool you will need to have them dry cleaned.
If fleece, washing and drying will remove most but not all of the cat hair.
