How can I raise a Beagle without getting so angry?

I have a female beagle that is 16 weeks old. I really want this puppy to grow into a healthy adult. I have a hard time raising her because she is so hyper, she pees constantly without any notice at all, no barks and no whining no yaps, she tears up my couch I replace the chewing of the couch with a toy but she keeps on going. What am I going to do, she just pooped in her crate and she pees in there everytime. I used to have a german shepherd he was the best dog in the world but my mom couldnt handle her so she gave him away, I miss him a lot and I dont want to do the same with my beagle. Suggestions? Im going to go to obedience class but not right now, I have no time. I don't have a big backyard I live in a condo but I take her on long fast paced walks about 30 minutes. Dont talk any bad sht I'm not in the mood

o.k. - no bad shit. Just common sense.
Beagles are hunting dogs, they need room to roam and lots of activity, they also do much better in packs because that's what their genetics are geared to - pack hunting.

To keep a beagle in an apt. with so little exercise is cruel - best would be to rehome your pup through a breed rescue, if you can find one that has room for her.
DON'T get any more dogs - just don't. You don't have time or patience and have no clue as to what a puppy needs - it sure isn't being crated a lot at that age with your mother not even wanting her.

Please, rehome this dog. Don't get any more dogs until you are older, have your own home, and have done a LOT of research on the breed before you get one.

Your expectation of this poor little beagle puppy is unrealistic in the extreme and your attitude borders on scary.
