Does Sentry PerrScriptions plus flea treatment work?
I gave my cat some cheap medicine for my cat about 2 1/2 weeks ago for fleas and it hasnt done ANYTHING. I called my vet and was told I have 2 wait 2 more weeks b4 the vet will do anything to treat the fleas. I know that all these fleas are doing is multiplying and I have to do something now. I went to the pet store to buy Frontline but they didnt carry it. I was told Sentry PurrScriptions Plus was the next best thing. The thing is I dont want to have to wait even longer if this doesnt work. Does it work??? I also plan on bombing the house.
I would suggest revolution. You have to get it from your vet. I wouldn't trust off name brands of flea medication. If you cat is still a kitten you can give it a bath with flea shampoo. Be careful not to get any into his/her eyes. If you are brave and your cat is older you can try the bathing method as well. I'm not sure why you need your vet to help you take care of the fleas? When you do obtain either advantage/frontline or revolution...it should take about 24 hours to kick in.
