Does it matter what animal the FURminator tool is used on? Can it be multipurpose?
I recently bought a small purple FURminator because of our shedding dogs, and when I returned home, I realized it was for cats. I do have a cat that sheds, but our dogs are much worse. I am going to contact the Pet CO where it was purchased to ask a few questions, but I figured Y!A might be of some help. I own 4 dogs and 1 cat; all of them are short-haired. Can I use the FURminator for cats on any of my pets?

'Kay dudes, I went on the FURminator website and found out the blue one is actually the multipurpose and it does matter. I'm going to go return it tommorrow. In the meantime, does the FURmintor really work? Is it worth it? Did you enjoy your experience with it?
