free shots for a stray kitten my daughter adopted?
Where (in Brooklyn, NYC area) can we get free shots (whatever's necessary) for a stray kitten? My daughter brought home an adorable kitten (I'd guess at least several weeks old), and is dying to keep it. We're willing to give it a try & want to do it right, but cannot afford mega-$$$.
---Lots of TLC, a custom-built little play area in our backyard: yes.
---Premium-cut steak & caviar cat food, hand-knitted cat-sweaters: not gonna happen.
If you can't afford the shots, you can't afford the kitten. Shots are a minor expense compared to neutering. What will you do if the kitten gets sick. Or breaks a bone? Or...?
Please surrender the kitten to a local rescue while it is still adorable and likely to be adopted quickly.
