My Gerbil has a swollen paw?
My gerbil's paw looks a little swollen and red.
He is not limping or making any noises when he walks on it, and he is acting like his normal self, eating and being social. Me and my paps are going to wait until tomorrow, see if it gets worse and then take him to the vet. But I'm thinking it looks like an injury and not an infection, so if its an injury then there's nothing the vet can do.
He has not been fighting with his cage mate 
but he is very clumsy and off balance and falls off the couch, so he may have hurt himself.
Should i take him to the vet? Or is it an injury that will go away by itself.
Extra info, he is moving very slow, but has been for a while like a week or 2. I duno he just seems fed up to me 
I feel very worried and I'm just not sure what to do? He also has no balance as of late, like today he was grooming himself and just fell over, he does it quite alot :'( And he and his cage mate have not been fighting.
if he's walking on it he should be fine. i wouldn't take him to the vet just yet because it can cost a lot to fine out nothing is wrong. I'd waite a few more days before you do take him to the vet! But if he does start to look like he's feeling the pain or starts to bite it or something then i'd def take him to the vets!! hope he gets better!!
