Will I lose weight doing this?
Okay I wake up every morning at around 5:30.
I do about 50 crunches on the ab lounger, before leaving for work at six.
I eat a rice crispies with low fat milk for breakfast.
At work im outside all day 7-5 in the heat. constantly moving doing something. not just sitting around Also I work at a farmers market, so I eat a few plums, peaches etc, throught the day.
For lunch A subway sandwich on weat..
The only junk food I have is ONE 99Cent bag of cheezits a day.
Then when I get home I do a mile on the treadmill, and usually some more crunches on the ab lounger. Plus some arm exercises and stuff. and for supper I eat a grilled chicken sandwich on wheat..and i only drink water.
I'm 5'6 200lb.
It depends on where you are at weight and health wise right now.
If you are very overweight, then you may lose some.
If you are at a normal weight, you will most likely maintain the weight you are at.
