My cat has a deep cut on one of it's legs as i have no pet insuarabce and vets are expensive is there anything

else i could do?
i'm a student, not on low income and of coures i'll take it 2 the vet if i have 2, but i was only asking if it's treatable at home!! thats all no need for the abuse1

Call a vet in your area and explain your situation. Ask them if they would accept payments over a period of months. They usually will help. Also, try contacting your spca in your county. Meanwhile, keep the cat indoors only, and clean out the cut. Make sure no foreign bodies are embedded. You may have to cut the fur surrounding if it is in the way. I would apply neosporin, or another animal bacteria killer ointment, and cover it with a bandage of some sort. Good luck, and I wish your cat well.
