How do you introduce a new 9 month old kitty to your 4 y/o two cats? and should I add another litter box?
I'm contemplating the posibility of adopting a 9 month old kitty that I found a a park ( kitty is ready to be put for adoption at the local shelter, but I might just keep it) My concern is that I leave in a one bedroon apt with two four year old cats already, and I have no idea what i'd be like to bring a third cat in. Would my cats like another kitty? How do I introduce it to my other two cats? How do cats normally react to a new cat on the block? 
and last, I already have one kitty litter for two cats, and it works great! besides the fact that I hurt for space to put a second litter box. Can three cats use one litter box? If there's anyone who has experience with this please, I'd appreciate your advice, and if there's more to know before deciding to adopt a trird cat. Thanks!
Cats usually react to new cats with jealousy. They might hiss, they might make evil eye contact and it looks like theyre about to fight but if you put them together keep them comfortable like playing and feeding them together they will get along. My 7 year old cat got along with a 4 month old cat i brought home after about 3 days,
Cats are protective of their territory and don't like having a new cat stealing their attention. They might think this cat is replacing them but trust me, it will be all great after some patience.
Its not necessary that you get a whole other liter box, you SHOULD get a bigger liter box to replace the one you have now (unless its already large enough for another cat) and a stronger brand that hides odor better for multiple cats, there are alot out there you can find in stores.
Buy some new cat toys and things for them to play together with.
