Turf Alive Grass Seed?
I have a big package of Turf Alive III Grass Seed. It says at the bottom "Do not use where cattle may feed" and I am wondering if this means that it is NOT animal safe. I'm looking to plant a small patch of grass for my guinea pig, and I want to make sure that the grass won't harm her or be poisonous. Thanks a ton for any help!!!
If it IS poisonous, do grocery stores sell small packages of pet grass or any animal-safe grasses in the small packets? My grocery store has a turn-around shelf of seeds.
Larger pet stores have it, also seed for catnip and other pet-loving plants. Anything with a warning for livestock is not going to be good for a guinea pig.
