I don't know if i should purchase a double Wide trailer home or a co-op, condo?

I want to purchase my first home and i was thinking of a co-op or condo until i saw a double wide trailer in hopewell junction ny.
the tralier is affordable at 84,000. with $500 est. lot fee. a house is out of my league cause everything is so over priced. i am looking for pros and cons on a trailer purchase.

There are no pros. You get the shaft on pretty much everything when you buy a mobile home. My parents live in one. The build quality is sub-par, and you are renting someone else's land to live in something you own. They also depreciate in value like an auto; should you ever decide to sell, you'll probably be selling at a loss (although I don't know the market in NJ). As was said, do not buy one unless you own the land.
