plum smart during pregnancy?

I have had the worst problem with constipation and i have been lately taking colace for it but that only works like every two days. I drank a glass of plum smart right before i went to bed last night and had a great BM this morning right when i woke up. So was it the glass of plum smart? Is this the remedy that i should use is it healthy?

Sorry not an answer but where can you get this PlumSmart? I do know Prune Juice works however tastes gross. They are both of the same family, so it could be the juice.
