Frontline Plus For Cats ?

I was looking on e-bay for frontline plus, and I saw two different one. One has a vial and needless syringe and the green tube of frontline, and the other is is just the green tube of frontline. I also noticed the one with the vial and needless syringe are cheaper. Does anyone know the difference between these
and why the price difference ?

I have bought Frontline Plus on ebay and was very disappointed with the results. I don't know if it was expired or if it made a difference that the product came from France, but it did not work on my cats.
