What would you think if you saw someone wearing the blinking collar from the film "Battle Royale" in public?

I certainly would be freaked out if I were next to someone with that collar on. For I would know for sure that i was in the company of someone who was quite mentally unbalanced(not to mention who has far too much disposable income)There is nothing freakier than seeing adults who need to dress up like the victims in a cult horror flick.
If I want to be surrounded by geek freaks in fancy dress I'll go to a star Trek Convention. At least there I might get to talk to William Shatner and find out of he's quite as mad as he appears to be.
